Nattapaun Thepyasuwan, D.O.
Director of Quality Assurance and Clinical Documentation Integrity
Dr. Thepyasuwan is an internal medicine hospitalist and the Director of Quality Assurance and Clinical Documentation Integrity for the Stanford Hospitalist Medical Group. She is a Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine.
After completing her Bachelor of Science in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology from the University of California, Los Angeles, Dr. Thepyasuwan earned her medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences, where she graduated with Highest Honors. She
completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
In addition to her work as a full-time hospitalist, she also serves as one of Cedars-Sinai’s Physician Advocate, whose role is to help facilitate a comprehensive, multidisciplinary, daily review of inpatient cases and serving as a resource for the Medical Staff in the efficient delivery of appropriate, efficient, and evidence-based care.
Dr. Thepyasuwan is a native of Bangkok, Thailand and moved to Los Angeles when she was a child. She grew up locally in North Hollywood. Her hobbies and interests include world travels, sushi, electronic music, snorkeling, and tennis.
